- The phenomenon of the City in the theory and the history of the science of law;
- The City as the local social and spatial spheres of economic and law cultures;
- The economy of the City and the enclosed territories;
- The correlation and the interaction of the City, the state and the society;
- The urbanization as the force for transformation of the social forms and the social consciousness;
- The City as the sphere of the law-enforcement and criminal actions;
- The City law: its forms, principles and realization;
- The City as an element of the state economic system;
- The City from the comparative jurisprudence’s point of view;
- The City as the sphere of mass-media technologies;
- The City as the object and the subject of the political power and the legal administration;
- The inhabitants of the City and the social stratification;
- St. Petersburg as a phenomenon of the global and national cultural heritage;
- Legal and political, social and cultural aspects of the problem of St. Petersburg’s culture conservation;
- The meaning of “the St. Petersburg period” for the development of Russia’s state system;
- The role of St. Petersburg in the European way of the development of the Russian culture.
